Talent and Recruitment Manager
This position is essential in delivering all facets of talent recruitment and management.  This position is responsible for developing the recruitment plan to attract and retain top talent to support the organization’s growth.  The focus of this role will be the ownership/implementation of the company’s recruitment methodology, using creative sourcing ideas and technology.   Reports to a dynamic Director of HR at a growing organization.
Requirements for Success
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Five to ten years of progressive HR Recruiting and Talent Development experience
Strong Leadership Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Analytical skills
Ability to motivate others
Positive Customer Service Attitude
